What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist each customer with a positive, friendly attitude
• Process shipments and returns through our software (training provided)
• Safely package items for shipping (we see some really neat things come through!)
• Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages
• Provide printing, copying, and light design support for customers (training provided; design experience a plus)
• Handle basic office tasks and light cleaning duties
• Support cash handling and POS transactions
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Stay on top of tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
