We’re looking for a Shipping Specialist to join our Operations team and play a key role in ensuring our products are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time. What You’ll Do As a Shipping Specialist, you’ll be at the center of our warehouse and shipping operations: Coordinate and process daily shipments to meet customer deadlines Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and freight Pack, label, and schedule pickups for outgoing shipments Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reporting Assemble kits and support light warehouse builds as needed Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure Assist with backorders and ensure timely fulfillment Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Requirements ? What You Bring Required: High school diploma or equivalent Data entry and basic computer experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard software tools You’ll Stand Out If You Have: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Solid communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to follow processes and safety protocols A team-first mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a hands-on, active role in a warehouse setting: Standing and walking throughout the entire shift Regular lifting (10–70 lbs. unassisted; heavier items with equipment or team lift) Frequent use of pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts Working in a non-climate-controlled environment (warm temperatures and humidity during spring–fall months) Why Join Us?
