Make sure shipments are booked and picked up according to what was requested   WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Booking of shipments. * Calculate freight cost. * Insert transport cost on delivery note and invoice customer. * Follow up on pick up from forwarder. * Assuring correct documentation and data. * Stamp and archive documents. * Tracking of shipments on demand. * Close collaboration with internal stakeholders. * Manage communication and build relation to forwarders. * Key user in transport management system. * Support team colleagues. * Suggest continuous improvements and participate in new implementations within the team. * Update internal routine descriptions. * To undertake, or assist with specific or general tasks as requested by the Line Manager. Key responsibilities * Booking of shipments. * Transport cost invoicing. * Shipments picked up without delay. Work environment responsibilities * Follow company code of conduct. * Follow company guiding principles.
