Days - Monday - Friday - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Salary range is $68-75 K. - based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in shipping, logistics, or warehousing (union environment preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational KPIs and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership with a “get-it-done” mindset – not afraid to make tough calls.
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar warehouse/inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and supervise a team of 10+ shipping associates to ensure daily shipping targets and service levels are met.
  • Manage shipping schedules and prioritize tasks to meet demanding deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Enforce accountability across your team, driving productivity and maintaining high standards.
  • Use Oracle (or similar WMS) to track inventory, shipments, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and continuously improve processes.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized shipping area.
