Now we’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to keep our operations running smoothly and our customers delighted. What You’ll Do This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll: Lead and mentor a team of drivers, clerks, and warehouse staff. Oversee all shipping and receiving activities — from pulling orders to packaging custom parts for domestic and international delivery. Partner with production and quality teams to ensure finished goods are verified and meet our high standards before they ship. Read blueprints and part numbers to guarantee accuracy in every order. Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies. Solve freight and scheduling challenges with creativity and urgency. Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient — while meeting tight deadlines. #ZR Requirements What You Bring 5+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse leadership experience. Proven ability to manage inventory and packaging of custom metal parts. Strong computer skills (ERP/MRP experience preferred). Forklift certification. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to juggle multiple shipments without missing a beat. A problem-solving mindset and a steady hand under pressure.
