Description Job Title: Shipping Supervisor Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the shipping department staff - Ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely and efficient manner - Review incoming orders and ensure product received comply to purchase requirements - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are properly labeled and packaged - Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly - Timely input data into company approved systems for goods received and shipped - Prepare bill of ladings and packing slips; coordinate incoming and outbound shipments - Develop and implement shipping policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors - Monitor and maintain shipping equipment and supplies - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to use company owned software and associated programs - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Benefits: ecoat.us Holdings, LLC is pleased to offer a comprehensive benefit package including paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance, short term disability, 401K with company match and a company paid life insurance policy.
