What You’ll Do As a Shipping & Receiving Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every prescription and package leaves our pharmacy with precision, speed, and care. You’ll work closely with pharmacy and compounding teams to maintain smooth operations throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Print and apply shipping labels for outgoing prescription packages. Neatly package prescriptions, prioritizing accuracy and appearance. Track incoming shipments and distribute materials to appropriate locations (e.g., lab, pharmacy, storage). Maintain inventory organization and restock shipping supplies as needed. Ensure a clean, orderly, and efficient shipping and receiving space. Prepare and ship marketing materials or specialty packages. Support the pharmacy team during high-volume spikes or special projects. Greet walk-in customers and process checkout transactions when needed. Provide excellent customer service when engaging with patients or delivery partners.
