We are looking for a Shipping and Warehouse Team Member to join our team. Warehouse experience is a must. Candidates must have prior warehouse experience and pass background check.
The Shipping and Warehouse Team Member is a vital role, as you will be the frontline representation of our company, directly influencing the customer experience through the accuracy, quality, and presentation of the products they receive. You will be responsible for retrieving items from invoices or shipping lists, verifying quantities and types of products, labeling and sorting items accurately, and ensuring they are safely packaged for shipment. Working closely with our Customer Experience & Administrative Specialist, you will provide friendly and efficient support, addressing customer inquiries, and offering appropriate solutions. Your role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our company.
As part of this process, you will assist with maintaining the accuracy of our shipment database, as well as managing exchanges, returns, picking, packing, and shipping, all while ensuring attention to detail. A detail-oriented mindset and a strong team-oriented approach are essential to the success of this role.
The schedule for this part time position will be for the morning shift at 3 days a week and 5 hours a day, with 20 minutes break build in. There is opportunity to add additional hours as business needs increase.
