Main Responsibilities: The role of the Ships Agency Administrator is to provide administrative and operational support to Ships Agency operations including occasional vessel attendance, crew change management and vessel support services. You will find yourself closely and effectively planning & coordinating vessel non-operational requirements in New Zealand and across the Pacific Islands. You will be liaising with Government Authorities, working closely with service providers, representing our customer's interests, assisting the crew, and dealing with industry bodies. Be prepared for some out-of-hours and rostered weekend work as we are a 24/7 industry, but we also offer a unique degree of flexibility. Who You Are: You are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for achieving excellence. Ability to multitask and show exceptional flexibility to work within a fast paced, ever changing environment. While prior experience or exposure to the Shipping Industry is advantageous, we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and the right attitude to learn and succeed. Attention to detail, administrative proficiency, and a good grasp of computer skills are essential.
