Nitron are a manufacturer of racing car and motorcycle suspension parts (shock absorbers & front forks) based in Witney, Oxfordshire, in clean and bright modern offices and workshops where we design, assemble and dispatch our products. We pride ourselves in being able to export over half our products all over the world and have assembly operations in Japan, the USA and Asia.

Nitron are now seeking a Shock Absorber/Sub-assembly Technician to work in the Production Department with immediate effect. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

• Accuracy and attention to detail (extremely important)
• An ability to listen and learn
• A very tidy and organised manner
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
• Experience working in a production environment
• The ability to work on your own initiative when required

The job involves making assemblies of small intricate parts that are then used in the overall assembly of the shock absorber. The ability to work with small parts with accuracy and a high degree of detail is essential, and an assembly skills test will be part of the interview process.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate. No previous shock absorber knowledge is required, however a professional work attitude is required.
