  About the role Chifley Shoeworx is seeking a talented Footwear Repairer to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a Footwear Repairer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality repair services for our diverse range of footwear and leather repair services. This is a flexible role being offered to compliment our full time employees, An opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment 2- 3 Days per permanent casual a week.

  Must have finishing machine and experience and the ability to complete a full sole & heel repair to high standard.

• Carefully inspect and assess footwear to identify repairs
• Expertly prepare, clean, condition, and shoes to restore their appearance and extend their lifespan
• Perform a variety of shoe and bag repair services, including resoling, heel replacement, stitching
• Liaise with the team to understand the customers specific needs and provide tailored repair solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to support productivity
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our repair processes and procedures
