Eclair at the Bay is a locally loved and fast-growing pastry shop located in the heart of Byron Bay. Known for our refined approach to European-inspired desserts, we specialise in artisan eclairs, celebration cakes, and handcrafted sweets.
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Shop Assistant to join our front-of-house team 2-4 days per week. If you’re passionate about customer service and have a genuine interest in quality food, we’d love to hear from you.
