JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organised, clean and welcoming environment. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic setting and have a passion for helping customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for helping others.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required.
