POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Shop Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and helping to maintain the overall store environment. You will assist customers with their shopping needs, ensure product availability, perform price checking, and keep the store organized and stocked.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and sales transactions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance as needed.
  • Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise.
  • Conduct price checks for customers as requested, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of sales floors, aisles, and displays.
  • Stock shelves and ensure that products are properly labeled and priced.
  • Process transactions accurately at the cash register, handling payments and receipts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking items as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive shopping atmosphere.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
