SKILLS

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition
• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including saturday if required
