Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks in the shop.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers in finding the products they need and offer recommendations based on their preferences
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Receive and stock inventory as needed
- Assist with pricing and labeling merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, particularly Spanish and English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
