WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum of Grade 12.
• Valid driver’s license Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Minimum of 2-3 years retail experience.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Product knowledge and Computer Literacy – Excel, Word and Outlook.

How You Will Make an Impact: Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions, as well as certain stock-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Counter Sales - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Warehouse – stock receiving – dispatching – picking off stock – stock takes. Colour Matching Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards. Health and Safety Receiving, processing and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly. Stock deliveries to customers.
