Description Maintain accurate department files and records including information, employee files, absenteeism records, purchasing/supply records, Setup cards, QCP paperwork, process improvements, etc. Print out routings for job packets. Enter daily labor data and proof printouts. Reconcile Labor Efficiency file with Labor Operations Report and make appropriate corrections. Perform a variety of typing/word processing, spreadsheet and copying duties including reports, memos, charts, graphs, purchase requisitions and varied correspondence for manager and facilitators. Monitor and order office supplies for the department. Order shop supplies as directed. Order tools for employee purchases. Perform liaison duties to obtain requested information for department facilitators and employees and to deliver information and materials to other departments and occasionally outside parties. Sort and distribute department mail. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communications. Strong knowledge of PC spreadsheet and word processing applications. Must be well organized, accurate and able to work independently. One (1) plus years of office clerical experience. Shop office experience preferred.
