JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Shop Coaters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in industrial painting and a strong understanding of various manufacturing processes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Wage is negotiable depending upon experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in industrial or construction painting is preferred.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments effectively.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial for handling materials efficiently.
• NACE certification is desired

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Ability to operate and maintain industrial spray equipment
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in the operation of forklifts and cranes for material handling when required.
