JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Architect with a strong background in preparing and developing shop drawings to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and experienced in translating design concepts into precise, construction-ready documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in shop drawing preparation, preferably in the UAE
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (an advantage), and other relevant design software
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality standards and approval processes is an advantage
• Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills

  Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per mont

• Prepare and develop architectural shop drawings based on design intent, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with design consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance
• Review IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and convert them into detailed shop drawings
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or clashes in coordination with other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.)
• Ensure all drawings comply with local authorities’ regulations, codes, and standards
• Update drawings based on site conditions, client comments, or design revisions
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and drafting team to meet deadlines
