JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring that store standards are met, and driving sales performance.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail environment is essential.
  • Proven track record in team management and leadership.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks related to retail operations is preferred.
