Now Hiring Shop Foreman Council Bluffs, Iowa Sapp Bros is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our established Council Bluffs Service Center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values safety, teamwork, and delivering 5-Star Service. Responsibilities Include: * Lead and support Service Writers, Lube Techs, and Diesel Technicians * Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers * Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards * Train and mentor technicians to support ongoing development * Communicate clearly with customers and the service team * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment * Perform technician duties and assist with service truck operations as needed Sapp Bros. has proudly served the trucking industry for over 45 years, built on a culture of Safety, Professionalism, and Service. Qualifications Who We’re Looking For: * Experienced diesel or heavy-duty truck mechanic with supervisory or leadership experience (preferred). * Strong technical knowledge of diesel truck and trailer repair. * Excellent communication and team-building skills. * Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. * Positive attitude and a passion for serving others. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * High school diploma or GED preferred.
