Blue Water Milk Transport Co-operative is a mid-sized bulk milk transportation company operating Mack and Western Star day cab tractors and 3 or 5-axle tank trailers. We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced 310T licensed Shop Foreman, working out of our Strathroy shop. Reporting to the General Manager, this candidate will coordinate and supervise daily shop activities, while expanding on and further developing our existing service and maintenance plan.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed 310T truck and coach technician
• Minimum 5 years diesel heavy truck experience combined with multi-axle trailer experience
• Skills in electrical and diagnostics on diesel engines
• Experience with computerized diagnostics
• Leadership abilities, and a willingness to mentor, guide and motivate others
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear and precise electronic maintenance records
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with shop staff, management, drivers, and other outside suppliers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and perform duties with minimal supervision
• Valid AZ license an asset
