RV Country is looking for a Shop Foreman to lead our busy service department! In this key role, you’ll guide the team in the shop, manage the flow of work, and make sure every RV is serviced and repaired to the highest standards. Job Responsibilities Lead the service shop by managing workflow and ensuring all RV repairs and maintenance are completed to high standards. Coordinate daily parts installation and ensure work is completed on schedule. Assign and dispatch work fairly to technicians based on skills and timelines to maintain productivity and team morale. Monitor and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment in compliance with state and OSHA requirements. Support a positive shop culture through strong leadership and clear communication with technicians and service staff.
