Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of hands-on automotive technician experience Ford Master Technician certification preferred Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Responsibilities: Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency.
