Versatile Development was established in 2019 and primarily focuses on restaurants, office, retail and commercial renovation and design, tenant improvements and residential construction.
Building Versatile Developments has brought together many areas of expertise and over 40 years of construction experience which has given life to our company culture and a growing business that maintains a strong personal experience for both our employees and customers.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift 50-75lbs consistently throughout the day.
• Go out for site deliveries as delivery driver assistant if required
• Punctual and reliable
• Prior experience driving a forklift/ skid steer and other material handling equipment is an asset
• Prior experience with power hand tools is an asset
• Good customer service skills
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Load securement training
• Clean drivers abstract
• Must be able to read/write and understand English

Work Location: In perso

• Offloading and receiving deliveries via forklift, skid steer, telehandler and by hand at site and at shop
• Organization of inventory, tools and materials
• Picking up supplies at various suppliers and delivering to site
• Towing a 20ft flat deck and various other trailers
• Properly securing cargo and equipment to trailer, truck, and van
• Operation experience with skid steer, mini excavator and scissor lifts including misc. attachments.
• Proper securement of listed equipment for delivery to site
• Maintenance of all equipment, tools, etc, including straps
• Shop cleanliness
• Vehicle inspection reports and logs
• Packaging, loading trucks, building wood crates, help with customer pick ups.
• Vehicle repair and equipment maintenance- oil changes, grease, trailer modification, etc experience an asset
