JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on Licensed Mechanic Shop Foreman to lead our busy service department. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert—overseeing daily shop operations, assigning and reviewing work orders, and ensuring repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll mentor and support a team of technicians, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and maintain strong communication with customers and management. You’ll also help keep the shop organized, ensure proper use of tools and equipment, and handle accurate repair documentation. Success in this position means maximizing shop efficiency, delivering exceptional workmanship, and fostering a positive, high-performance team environment. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Ford experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or workshop environment.
  • Strong understanding of shop operations, machinery, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

    Pay: $46.75-$55.95 per hour
