SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with shop tools and safety practices is an asset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Shop Hand, you’ll support the daily operations of our shop, assisting mechanics and technicians with equipment maintenance, organization, and general upkeep. You’ll be involved in everything from preparing equipment for deployment to keeping our workspace clean and safe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values teamwork, and takes pride in doing the job right.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional work on a call-in basis when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Equipment Assistance & Maintenance
• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and vehicles.
• Prepare equipment for deployment by cleaning, fueling, and performing basic maintenance checks.
• Transport tools, parts, and materials within the shop.
