Description Equipment Services Plus is seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Hand to assist with daily operations in our shop in Joliet. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and willing to help wherever needed. The Shop Hand will support shop staff by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with parts runs, and handling various tasks that arise throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop (sweeping, trash removal, wiping down surfaces, etc.) Assist technicians and shop staff as needed Perform parts runs to local suppliers and vendors Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Organize inventory and stock supplies Help maintain tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Complete other general shop duties as assigned Requirements Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work independently Punctual and dependable Previous shop or warehouse experience is a plus but not required Work Environment Fast-paced shop environment Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day Schedule Monday-Friday
