Title: Shop Head KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Shop Head to support of the multi-year general maintenance services contract covering Petro Rabigh Polymer I and Polymer II plants at Rabigh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Shop Head will lead and manage all maintenance activities within the shop. This role will ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks related to machinery, fire and gas systems, analyzers, and the shift crew. The Shop Head will ensure the safety, quality, reliability, and operational continuity in line with KBR and client standards and objectives. This role will report to the Contract Site Manager. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the execution of maintenance jobs related to machines, fire and gas systems, analyzers, and shift crew operations Make sure there is timely and accurate reporting of maintenance activities in the CMMS system for all units under responsibility Coordinate with planning, scheduling, and other support functions to ensure seamless maintenance execution Prepare detailed weekly reports covering maintenance status, issues, and achievements for all areas under the shop Support the development and implementation of strategic maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency Assess training needs and coordinate with the Head of HR to implement job-specific training programs for team members to ensure skill development and compliance with standards Ensure strict adherence to all safety requirements during job execution phases across all units Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 15 + years of experience in refinery or Petrochemical Plant Maintenance Strong experience within mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical disciplines Deep technical understanding of maintenance execution management across machines, analyzers, and fire & gas systems Accomplished technical understanding of Maintenance Planning, Reliability, Quality, People, and HSE requirement management Fluent in writing and reading English Proven leadership skills within a large organization Proficient understanding of SAP Fair knowledge in process operations of plant Ability to successfully work in a multicultural environment Belong.
