Job Purpose: The Shop Helper plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Department by engaging in a variety of tasks that support and enhance shop functionality and service delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Overall Cleanliness of Shop: Maintaining a consistently clean environment in the shop, ensuring it meets our high standards and reflects our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operation. Delivering Parts: Facilitating the swift and efficient delivery of parts to shop technicians, directly contributing to our ability to honor commitments to timely service. Create Positive Experiences: Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers in a manner that is diplomatic and courteous, fostering positive experiences that build loyalty and satisfaction. Supporting Technician Efficiency: Assisting in tasks that increase technician proficiency and efficiency, thereby enhancing the overall service experience for our customers.
