We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Service Department based out of our Brampton office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The successful candidate will be a motivated and conscientious team player capable of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and a minimum of one year experience along with the following skills and abilities:
  • 1 to 3 years’ of experience in related industry

  • Technical aptitude and interest in obtaining an apprenticeship
  • Familiarity with vendors’ technical bulletins would be considered as an asset
  • Proficiency with all tools of the trade

Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on trailers to ensure optimal performance
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, removing dirt and debris between tasks and at the end of each shift
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, suggesting improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and efficiency in all repair and maintenance activities
  • Ensure that all tasks meet production schedules, safety protocols, quality standards, and customer requirements
  • Adhere to company policies related to cost control, waste reduction, quality assurance, safety, and timely completion of work
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
