We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Service Team based out of our Brampton, ON office. Responsibilities: Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on trailers to ensure optimal performance Keep the work area clean and organized, removing dirt and debris between tasks and at the end of each shift Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, suggesting improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety Maintain high standards of workmanship and efficiency in all repair and maintenance activities Ensure that all tasks meet production schedules, safety protocols, quality standards, and customer requirements Adhere to company policies related to cost control, waste reduction, quality assurance, safety, and timely completion of work Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management The successful candidate will be a motivated and conscientious team player capable of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and a minimum of one year experience along with the following skills and abilities: 1 to 3 years’ of experience in related industry Technical aptitude and interest in obtaining an apprenticeship Familiarity with vendors' technical bulletins would be considered as an asset Proficiency with all tools of the trade PC literate, reliable and team-oriented with solid customer service skills
