Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, payments and receipts
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable records
• Monitor outstanding customer and supplier balances
• Handle VAT-related accounting, records and documentation
• Assist with inventory and stock-related accounting
• Prepare monthly accounts and management reports
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements
• Maintain and organize customer and supplier KYC documentation
• Assist management with AML/CFT-related records, reports and compliance documentation
• Ensure proper documentation of transactions in accordance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements
• Support compliance checks and maintain necessary records for regulatory and banking requirements
• Coordinate with management regarding accounting, financial and compliance matters

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
• Jewellery related knowledge with relevant experience is most preferable
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in similar role in the field of Jewellery or in Auditor firm
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
