KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years in CNC programming, production, or cabinetry manufacturing
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM, nesting, or optimization software (Cut Rite, Hexagon, Cabinet Vision, Mozaik, or similar)
• Experience operating CNC routers, panel saws, and edgebanders
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to lead, train, and coordinate with other shop team members
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Program CNC routers, panel saws, and edgebanders using Cut Rite, Hexagon, Cabinet Vision, or similar software
• Optimize material usage through nesting and cut list preparation
• Coordinate workflow between design, production, and installation teams
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for machine operators
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of all parts
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized shop environment
