We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Shop Manager, who loves working with people, to work 37.5 hours (5 days) per week.
Located in Abergavenny, our well-established shop is friendly and is at the heart of the local community

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone who is able to work on their own initiative, have previous management and retail experience, with a drive to provide excellent customer service.
You will be expected manage, recruit and train staff and volunteers within your team and be given the autonomy to manage your shop. You’ll be responsible for the performance of the shop, maximising sales and driving targets and profits.

The Shop Manager is responsible for driving income through the day to day running of the the shop, as well as inspiring and motivating a team of staff and volunteers. The role involves selection, pricing and presentation of donated stock, ensuring the delivery of first-class customer service and finding creative ways to maximise income for Tŷ Hafan.
