Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Bottle Shop Manager to lead our team and oversee all operations of our bottle shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the day to day management of the store is undertaken effectively and efficiently.
• Stock management – including ordering, rotation and stocktaking.
• Merchandising, stock displays and store presentation.
• Maintaining a strong GP% and positive growth in sales.
• Promotion organisation and compliance.
• Communicate knowledge of liquor products to customers and team members.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Loading and unloading of stock along with stocking shelves and general cleaning.

You should have:

• Experience in retail management, preferably in a liquor or beverage environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of liquor products and industry trends is an advantage.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
