POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team within a premier department store in London. The Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and team management within our London department store location. This individual serves as the primary liaison between the off-site shop team and the Global Retail Director. They are accountable for maintaining operational excellence, driving sales performance, and fostering a productive and engaged team culture aligned with company standards.
This is a unique opportunity to represent our brand in a high-visibility setting and work autonomously while remaining connected to global retail leadership.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of store or shop-in-shop management experience within a premium or lifestyle retail brand
• 3+ years of retail/apparel operations experience
• 2+ years leading a team of Managers and/or Supervisors
• 1+ years in a commission-based environment is a plus

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Excellent communication and comfortable delegating tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to efficiently multitask and manage multiple projects at once
• Proficient in retail systems and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Point Of Sale (POS) systems)
• A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
