POSITION OVERVIEW

Lamise K-Beauty is seeking an experienced and dynamic Arabic-speaking Cosmetics Shop Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetics or beauty retail, excellent leadership skills, and fluency in both Arabic and English to serve our diverse customer base.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in retail management, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and customer needs in the cosmetics industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
