Description SHOP MANAGER – Lead a High-Performance Diesel Shop Farmington, NY • Full-Time • $70,000–$80,000/year Leonard’s Express is looking for a proven Diesel Shop Manager — someone who knows how to run a shop, lead technicians, and keep a fleet in top condition. If you’ve managed a diesel shop or served as a foreman and you’re ready to take ownership of a high-performing facility, this is your opportunity. This isn’t a “sit behind a desk” role. You’ll be the go-to leader for your team, the bridge between maintenance and operations, and the person who sets the tone for safety, quality, and professionalism every day.
