As our Shop Manager in our Nowra Op Shop, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Anglicare Op Shop, creating a vibrant, welcoming space for customers and volunteers. This will be a part time casual role to start. In this role you will inspire your team, champion sustainability, and ensure the shop thrives as a hub for community connection. By driving sales, building relationships, and promoting the joy of recycling, you will help Anglicare deliver its vision of strengthening communities and enriching lives. With integrity and enthusiasm, you will: Lead, mentor and support a team of dedicated volunteers & employees Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed KPIs Build strong relationships with local communities, churches and stakeholders Ensure compliance, safety and high standards of service and product quality Promote a positive, collaborative and inclusive shop culture What you'll bring You are a confident, experienced retail leader who inspires high performance and models excellence in customer service. You bring strong organisational skills, outstanding communication, and a passion for community engagement. You also share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence.
