Ottolenghi Islington are on the lookout for an experienced Shop Manager to join our buzzy restaurant and deli. The role will suit a shift manager / supervisor who wants a full time position with a mix of day and evening shifts.

As Shop Manager at Ottolenghi Islington, you will be:

• Training and motivating your team
• Responding to guests’ feedback with empathy and generosity, maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety and coordinating the service to ensure shop, floor and kitchen teams work in harmony
• Passionate about the restaurant industry and knowledgeable about food and wine
• Excellent guest relations skills

As Shop Manager at Ottolenghi Islington, we will offer you:

• Overtime shifts paid
• A 45-hour working week, 5 days out of 7
• £75 bonus each time one of your cocktail creations makes it on to the menu
