1 World Charity Shops is dedicated to making a positive impact in our community through sustainable retail and charitable initiatives. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Shop Manager to join our team in Logan area of Brisbane and grow within our organization.

Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership potential to take on a management role in a dynamic retail environment. As a Shop Manager, you will receive training and information on what the Charity is achieving in communities around Brisbane and South East Queensland. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Charity retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead and support a small team, providing guidance and training
• Maintain high standards of customer service and shop presentation
• Assist in stock management, merchandising, Shop presentation and sales
• Collaborate with the management team to meet sales and performance targets
• Participate in staff recruitment and training programs

Qualifications:

• A few years of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or sales
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for working in a retail environment with a focus on customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the organization
