As our Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our mechanical and customer service teams to deliver top-quality repairs and unparalleled customer satisfaction. You will also leverage your business development skills to onboard new commercial fleet clients, increase sales, and meet aggressive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily shop operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and maximize profitability
- Drive business development efforts, including onboarding new commercial fleet accounts and expanding existing client relationships
- Foster a positive, motivating environment that promotes team engagement and professional growth
- Set and achieve sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic outreach
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue streams
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels align with sales and operational plans
- Handle customer concerns tactfully, maintaining the shop’s strong reputation
- Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and legal standards
- Participate in local and national account development efforts following company guidelines
- Lead and participate in store meetings, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations

- Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills and has a proven track record of growing sales and revenue
- Experience in onboarding and managing commercial fleet accounts
- Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Extensive automotive expertise, with a solid understanding of mechanical operations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and related business tools
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or automotive certifications a plus
