    About the role: Are you passionate about retail, inspiring teams, and making a difference in your community? St David’s Hospice is looking for a Shop Manager to lead one of our charity shops, helping to generate vital funds for our Hospice services. As a Shop Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an inviting and efficient retail environment. You’ll work closely with volunteers, customers, and the Retail Support team to ensure smooth daily operations while spreading awareness of St David’s Hospice’s mission.
