We handle all aspects of construction, renovation, and maintenance, ensuring that our fleet of equipment is always in top working condition. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Shop Mechanic to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Shop Mechanic at ACG Construction, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of equipment, vehicles, and small engines. You will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our shop, assist with shipping and receiving, and help with deliveries related to our renovation and maintenance projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with 2-stroke equipment, small diesel engines, and vehicles.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification or experience (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on 2-stroke equipment, small diesel engines, and company vehicles.
