We are looking for a Shop Production Foreman to join our Service team. You will work with both INFINITI and Nissan. Our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Here at Kendall Auto Group, we offer our Technicians top pay and competitive wages starting at $96,000-$144,000 depending on experience along with fantastic benefit packages. Master certified technicians receive 3 weeks of PTO upon hire. Our shops are clean, up to date on technology and safety standards giving our technicians the ability to focus on the work at hand. Our technicians are high-level professionals with strong attention to detail as is required to fix-it-right the first time. This allows our service team to maintain outstanding CSI with our clients. Our Shop Production Foreman will lead, train, motivate, and develop the lube techs to advance their careers. Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years of proven Nissan experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Senior Technician • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Leadership experience in a dealership or high-volume automotive service environment • Excellent communication and coaching abilities • Commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Other job responsibilities would include: • Ensuring every vehicle is serviced using the same process every time in a timely manner • Quality checking each vehicle before it leaves the shop • Working with the front-end staff and service manager to help meet customer service and performance goals • Setting staff scheduling on a weekly basis • Additional requests that the service manager assigns This is a full-time position. No weekends required. We are looking for candidates who have high level customer service experience, those who can demonstrate time management, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills. Work is performed indoors in a shop environment, tool usage includes mechanic's hand and power tools that produce significant vibration and force, standing and walking will be required for entire work shift in order to complete job duties. Pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling will be required frequently to access all parts of vehicles being worked on.
