JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Shop Repairman/Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in small engine, pressure washer and motor repairs. and other repairs that come into our shop. The candidate will also assist in the warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and distribution of products. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Previous experience with small engine and equipment repairin is preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A valid BC driver’s license is required and forklift ticket preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Receive and tag equipment coming into the shop for repair
  • Diaginose and perform repairs as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
