Role Overview:

• Engage in personal selling and direct sales by greeting and assisting customers in our showroom
• Provide expert product recommendations and advice, helping customers make informed decisions
• Close sales and earn commission per item sold
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment
• Handle customer enquiries and order follow-ups
• Support showroom displays and general admin duties

Who You Are:

• Essential: You have previous sales experience, ideally in a showroom or retail environment
• You have a passion for personal selling and enjoy engaging directly with customers
• Bubbly, energetic, and customer-focused
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Interested in home design and creating personalized customer solutions
• Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the business

• Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Ability to create content or support marketing campaigns
