JOB SUMMARY

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly sales environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers.
• Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
